Delivery Policy

Token Market provides prepaid credits for pay-as-you-go access to AI model APIs. We do not offer subscriptions or ship physical products.

After payment is confirmed, purchased credits are automatically added to the workspace associated with the order.

Customers can sign in to their dashboard to view the workspace balance and transaction history, and use the credits for eligible API requests. Delivery is entirely digital; no physical shipment or download is required.

If a confirmed payment is not reflected in the workspace balance, please contact support@tokensmarket.ai with your account email and order number. Our support team will verify the payment and help resolve the delivery issue.
